Room Servant

All legally employed workers, including Room Servants, are entitled to public healthcare through the National Health Fund (NFZ). Once you are registered and insured, you can visit general practitioners, specialists, and hospitals without paying from your pocket. Emergency care and preventive check-ups are also covered.Your health is our priority, and we will help you with every step, including getting a PESEL number and registering with a healthcare provider near your workplace.

Sick Leave Policy

If you are working as a Room Servant and fall ill, you are legally entitled to sick leave with pay. Once a certified doctor issues your sick note (L4), you can submit it to the employer or directly through the ZUS system.

During your medical leave, you will receive 80% of your average salary, so you have financial security while you recover.
