From the first day of employment, all legally hired workers are registered for health insurance, giving them access to doctors, specialists, hospital care, and emergency services at no extra cost. Your clear guidance and support help new staff feel comfortable and confident using the healthcare system.

Opportunities

Sick Leave Policy

If you fall ill while working as security staff, you are entitled to paid sick leave. A certified doctor will issue a sick note (L4), which you submit to your employer or through the insurance system.
